Returns Policy

  • Please contact us prior to returning any products. No goods will be accepted for return without a Return Authority Number issued by Triplesix.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only — refunds are not provided.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where a warehouse error is the reason for return.

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. Items that are not returned in this state will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Orders

  • Once an order is placed, items will be boxed, shipping costs will be calculated, and the order will be packaged for dispatch.

  • You will either be charged a custom shipping rate directly, or provided with the total amount for payment prior to shipment.

  • If payment is not received, the order will remain packed for up to 7 days. After this period, the order will be cancelled, and the amount will be credited to your account minus a 10% restocking fee — refunds are not provided.
